The service
Kweza Invoice helps you create, share and verify invoices. You are responsible for the invoices you create: the items, prices, taxes and statements you put on them are yours.
Accounts
Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One business per subscription unless agreed otherwise.
Correctness of tax figures
Kweza applies statutory rates configured for each market, but tax rules can change and special cases exist. Confirm lines marked zero-rated or exempt for the markets and authorities you deal with.
Verification
The QR code lets a recipient check that a document matches the record Kweza issued. It is not a legal valuation, guarantee of payment, or a tax certificate.
Fees and cancellation
The service is free while it is in beta. If paid plans are introduced later, we will tell you before anything is charged. Cancel anytime — you keep your data until you delete it.
Limits of liability
We provide the service as-is and to the extent permitted by law accept no liability for losses arising from invoice errors, disputes with your clients, or interruption of the service.
