What we collect
When you create an account we keep your email address and password (hashed). When you use the app we store the business, client, invoice and payment data you enter — on your device and, when online, in your Kweza account.
How we use it
We use it only to run the service: to sign you in, to sync your invoices, and to let anyone you give a QR code to verify that a document matches what you issued.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not show you advertising. We do not share invoice details with third parties except to deliver the service (for example hosting and authentication).
Verification records
Verification pages generated by the QR code show the invoice details you issued so a recipient can confirm the document is genuine. Do not put sensitive information in an invoice you do not want publicly confirmable.
Your data, your control
You can delete invoices and your account at any time. Deleted records are removed from active use. Contact us and we will help you delete or export your data.
